Get in touch

Call us. It is a short conversation.

There is no form to fill in and no intake portal to get through first. You call, you tell us roughly what is going on, and we take it from there.

Ways to reach us

By phone

The fastest way to reach us. If we cannot pick up, leave a message with your name and number and we will call back within 24 hours, unless it is a weekend or a holiday.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm
Messages are heard only by our therapists

By email

Fine for scheduling and general questions. Please do not include private health information. Ordinary email is not secure, and we would rather have that conversation on the phone.

The first call

What we will ask you.

Ten or fifteen minutes, with someone who knows the whole clinical team. Roughly: what brings you now, whether you have been in therapy before and how that went, what you are hoping changes, and the practical constraints: when you can meet, what you can afford, in person or online.

You are also interviewing us. Reasonable things to ask: who would I be seeing and what is their training, how do you actually work, how long do you think this takes, what does it cost, and what happens if it is not a fit.

You do not need to have your situation well organized before you call. Most people do not, and describing it out loud to someone is often the first useful thing that happens.
