As a California licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 34755), I’ve dedicated my private practice to serving individuals and families across the lifespan, offering a path toward greater well-being.
My passion for this work stems from the extensive experience and rigorous training I’ve cultivated throughout my academic journey. This journey began at San Jose State University, where I immersed myself in the study of Psychology, graduating with honors in 2012. Fueled by a desire to translate theory into practice, I pursued graduate training focused on the application of psychological principles in psychotherapy. This aspiration culminated in 2019 with the completion of my Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) from Alliant International University.
With over 12 years of experience providing therapy to diverse ages and populations, I am committed to delivering a high-quality therapeutic experience. My approach is best described as spacious, considerate, and thoughtful, creating a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your challenges and achieve your goals.
Outside of work, I am usually on my road bike or in the garden. I love to cook, especially food from cultures other than my own, and I read constantly. Travel is something I enjoy, as I get to see how other people live.
